Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Because many of our products are made in small batches or produced to order, processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions within the United States.
Delivery Time Estimates
Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, No Blue Mondays is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

and we will assist in filing a carrier claim.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
